At Tab, we believe every child is created by God to discover, explore, and grow in faith.
From toddlers to preteens, Tab Children’s Ministry is a place where kids feel safe, known, and excited to learn about Jesus. Each week, our caring team of volunteers creates space for wonder, creativity, and connection. We help every child experience God’s love in ways that feel real and personal.
Growing Faith, Building Friendships, and Having Fun
Tab Children’s Ministry offers engaging programs designed just for kids, from birth through sixth grade. On Sunday mornings, your family will find warm classrooms, a secure check-in process, and activities that spark curiosity and joy.
Early Childhood
Our youngest children (infants, toddlers, and preschoolers) are welcomed into safe, nurturing spaces where they can play, sing, and hear simple Bible stories. During the 9am education hour and the 10am Worship Service, our trained nursery attendants and experienced volunteers create an environment where little ones can thrive while parents worship and connect.
B.L.A.S.T. (Sunday School)
Kids in kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to B.L.A.S.T., our Sunday School program from 9am to 10am. Using the Workshop Rotation Model, children experience Bible lessons in creative, hands-on ways—like art, drama, cooking, science, puppetry, and more. Each week offers something new, helping kids discover how their unique gifts connect to God’s story.
Junior Church
During the 10am worship service, children in grades K–6 can join Junior Church for a time of singing, Bible memory, crafts, snacks, and learning about the elements of worship. Kids start in the Sanctuary with their families and are dismissed after the Children’s Sermon.
Preteen Ministry
Fifth and sixth graders have a place all their own. Our Preteen Ministry goes deeper with fellowship events, service projects, retreats, and an annual summer trip. All of these experiences are designed to help preteens build faith that lasts.
Family Activities
At Tab, we know that faith grows strongest when it’s nurtured at home. Throughout the year, our Tab Children’s Ministry hosts events that bring families together—like game nights, movie nights, the Advent Workshop, Easter Egg Hunt, summer musical, and Treats at Tab. You’ll also find resources and classes to equip you in the important work of raising kids who love God and love others.
